Fundación Botín offers one grant a year to Spanish professionals who wish to complete their training in contemporary art abroad.
These grants provide maximum funding of €30,000 for specialised training in exhibition organisation (curatorship) theory and techniques as well as museum management.
Since 2004, the Foundation has awarded grants each year for Exhibition Curatorship and Museum Management in order to foster specialised training at leading institutions in Europe and America, for those people interested in the curatorial field of contemporary art (from the avant-garde to the present day).
They offer comprehensive training in theory and techniques of museum management and exhibition organisation (Curatorial Studies).
