Café Centro Botín is the culinary space at the Botín Centre. It is located in a unique enclave with views over the Pereda Gardens and the sea, and it offers a fresh, modern and quality experience to breathe, sample and be inspired in an incomparable environment.
Carlos Crespo and chef, Álex Ortiz, have extensive experience in the sector and have many successful projects under their belts. They are both responsible for Café Centro Botín.
Crespo is the founder of restaurants like El Riojano (Santander), La Primera, La Bien Aparecida or La Maruca (Madrid). Pan de Cuco, in Suesa (Ribamontán al Mar), is Álex Ortiz’s first solo project. After running the kitchen of Bodega del Riojano for several years, the chef has joined forces with Carlos Crespo to set up their own business.
