El Muelle at the Botín Centre is the culinary space at the Botín Centre. It is located in a unique enclave with views over the Pereda Gardens and the sea, and it offers a fresh, modern and quality experience to breathe, sample and be inspired in an incomparable environment.
The gastronomy at El Muelle del Centro Botín has a name and a surname: Jesus Sanchez, the maestro from Cenador de Amos (www.cenadordeamos.com), the emblematic restaurant with two Michelin Stars in Villaverde de Pontones. He brings us his experience, techniques and tradition to this side of the bay with fresh proposals and avant-garde portions for the best moments of the day.
Don’t miss his wonderful breakfasts and afternoon teas with artisanal bread, home-made cakes and unrivalled tapas with a Cantabrian touch.
We look forward to seeing you!
Charge your batteries at the start of the day with our rustic bread, cakes and pastries, savoury options, and fresh fruit juices with sea views.
A good time to savour our selection of local tapas accompanied by a glass of vermouth, prepared with a very special touch.
Salads, soups and stews are the star dishes in a proposal filled with the flavours of Cantabria and aromas from around the world.
The sweet temptation, a whim, or the perfect excuse to get close to art, coffee, tea, the sea.
El Muelle offers a dining menu to enjoy and share our selection of traditional tapas with a creative twist, available until late.
Look out for the live music programme at El Muelle in Centro Botín! A treat for all five senses.
